Terms of Use and Sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to the website About99Product and to the guides and subscriptions sold on it. The seller is Toader Giovanni, Buzau, Romania (“we”). Contact: support.about99product@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital product guides in PDF format (“Guides”), either one at a time or through a yearly or monthly subscription that gives access to all Guides available to subscribers. One Guide is offered free in exchange for your email address. Guides are delivered electronically, immediately after payment.

3. What the Guides are, and are not

• Each Guide reports what product labels, manufacturer pages and public records said on the date shown in the Guide. Formulas, labels and recall status change; always read the label on the product you buy.
• The BUY / CHECK / SKIP verdicts are our opinions about those facts, using the criteria stated in each Guide. They are not a statement that any product is safe or unsafe for you.
• The Guides are not medical, dietary, legal or safety advice. If you have an allergy, a medical condition or a child with special needs, ask a qualified professional.
• We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand named in a Guide. Brand names are used only to identify products. If you believe a Guide contains a factual error, email us with the source and we will review it and correct it where appropriate.

4. Licence

When you buy or subscribe, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, store and print the Guides for your own private use. Each PDF is marked with the email address it was issued to. You may not share, resell, upload or publish the Guides, or remove the marking. We may end the licence if you do.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Payment is handled by Stripe. For purchases made through Stripe’s Managed Payments service, Stripe acts as merchant of record for the transaction: it collects the payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt (your card statement may show LINK.COM* followed by our name) and handles payment disputes. We remain responsible for the Guides, their content and product support. The final price, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Subscriptions

Yearly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the “Manage billing” button in your library. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you paid for and you will not be charged again. If a payment fails, access may be paused until it is resolved.

Our refund policy is on the Refund Policy page and is part of these terms.

8. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can open that email can access your library. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove Guides. If a Guide is removed, you keep the right to the copies you have already downloaded for private use. We may change these terms; changes apply to purchases made after the change, and for subscriptions from the next renewal after we notify you.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on a Guide, and our total liability for a Guide is limited to the price you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
