Refund Policy

Single Guides

If a Guide is not what you expected, email support.about99product@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason.

Subscriptions

• Cancel any time using “Manage billing” in your library. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Refund within 24 hours: if you ask within 24 hours of your first payment or of a renewal payment, we will refund that payment in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed through Stripe. Depending on your bank, they can take several business days to appear. When a payment is refunded, access to the Guide or subscription paid for ends. Your payment processor may also be able to refund a transaction in certain cases within 60 days of purchase.

Other problems

If a file will not download, a link does not work, or a Guide contains an error, email support.about99product@gmail.com and we will fix it or refund you.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
