1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect, why, and on what basis

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie (“a99”) that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not make decisions about you by automated means or profiling.
3. Who receives your data
- Stripe processes payments and, for Managed Payments purchases, acts as merchant of record, sends receipts and handles tax and disputes. Stripe has its own privacy policy as an independent controller for payment data.
- Resend delivers the emails we send you (sign-in links and the free Guide).
- Our hosting provider stores the site and its database.
- Authorities, accountants or advisers where the law requires or where needed to protect our rights.
We do not sell your data.
4. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers use for such transfers (such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). You can ask us for details.
5. How long we keep it
- Free-Guide email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep only the minimum needed to remember that you opted out.
- Purchase and subscription records: as long as needed to provide the service and for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
- Technical logs: kept for a short period for security and error fixing.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Email support.about99product@gmail.com. If you bought through Managed Payments, you can also ask Stripe to delete the data tied to those transactions.
You have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro, or the authority of the country where you live.
7. Providing data
You are not required to give us your email, but without it we cannot send the free Guide, let you sign in or deliver a purchase.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email if we have your address.
